Mrs. Raisa V. Kotelva graduated from Physics Department of the Donetsk State University. She is a Researcher and a lecturer at Physics Department of the Donetsk State Technical University. A field of her scientific interest includes an interaction of hydrogen with metals and hydrogen elasticity phenomena. She is the author of a unique device and in situ method for investigating form changing of a palladium plate under the hydrogen shock action. Her scientific and organizing activities is well-known to the hydrogen–materials community. Her hobbies are writing rhymes and flowers.
