Mrs Lyudmila F. Goltsova is DSc., an Engineer. She graduated the Ural Polytechnical Institute. She is a specialist in scientific, informational, scientometric and historical investigations of Hydrogen Energy and Technology development and hydrogen–materials problem progress. She developed (in the co-authorship) a scientific structure of Hydrogen Energy and pioneered the application of scientometric analysis for its development (1990). She gives a day-by-day advice and leadership to provide ‘hydrogen’ scientists of the Donetsk group with scientific information. Dr. L.F. Goltsova is the author of more than 30 scientific papers. Dr. Lyudmila F. Goltsova is a member and Scientific Secretary of Permanent Working International Scientific Committee on Hydrogen Treatment of Materials under the auspices of International Association for Hydrogen Energy.
