Engineer Maria V.Goltsova is a specialist in the field of Hydrogen Material Science and Hydrogen Treatment of Materials. Her scientific interests are focused on kinetics and morphology of hydride transformations in the Pd–H system, fundamentals of hydrogen interaction with metals and alloys. She is a co-author of a novel scientific technique of microvideo investigations of phase and structural transformations in subsurface layers of PdH_x alloys. In 1997 and 1998 her scientific work was granted by International Foundation “Renaissance”, and Eng. M.V. Goltsova was honored as a “Soros Post-Graduate”. In 2001 National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine awarded her scientific publications on kinetic and morphological fundamentals of hydride transformations. Her name was also chosen by Marquis’ “Who’s Who In Science and Engineering” for publication in the 16^th edition. Maria Goltsova is married. Her hobbies are travelling and growing room flowers, she is also interested in Orthodox Slavic culture.
