on the Agreement on Cooperation and Coordination of Activities
on Hydrogen Economy Problems and Prospects

In accordance with the AGREEMENT of May 15, 2001 concluded by the International Association for Hydrogen Energy (IAHE), Donetsk State Technical University (DonSTU), International Engineering Academy (IEA), Engineering Academy of Ukraine (EAU) and Donetsk Engineering and Physical Center (DEPhC), this Minutes determines the status, aims and tasks of the Joint Scientific and Coordinational Council on the Prospects of transition to Hydrogen Economy (hereinafter referred to as JSC-Council).
1. The headquarters of the JSC-Council operates on the base of the DonSTU and DonEPhC (Donetsk, Ukraine).
2. Co-chairman of the JSC-Council Professor V.A. Goltsov is Head of the JSC-Council Working Group and in an agreement with other co-chairmen is responsible for the organization of the JSC-Council activities.
3. Being a scientific and public organization the JSC-Council is in charge of the activities by the following directions:
3.1. Consolidation of the hydrogen movement and its various communities by holding and participating in symposia, conferences, seminars of a different scale by the Internet, issuing specialized journals and books, etc.
3.2. Spreading knowledge on Hydrogen Economy, its advantages and perspectives among the broad sections of the public by the mass media, etc.
3.3. At a later time participation in the drawing-up of economic and legal rules and initiatives contributing to Hydrogen Economy entering into the life.
3.4. Other businesses, which are favourable to the transition to Hydrogen Economy.
4. The JSC-Council activities is reviewed once in three years when preparing and holding International conferences “Hydrogen Treatment of Materials (HTM)”. The results are published in special issues of the IJHE devoted to the work of the corresponding HTM-conferences.
